Q: How does virtual coaching work?

A: Everything at Full Circle Health & Wellness is done virtually - which means you get expert coaching and support no matter where you are. We communicate through our coaching app, phone calls, video calls, and direct messaging. You’ll have access to your personalized nutrition plan, workout guidance, progress tracking, and direct communication with Caitlin - all in one place. No commuting, no scheduling conflicts, just consistent support built around your life.

Q: What happens during a free consultation?

A: Your free consultation is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation - typically 15-30 minutes. We’ll talk about your current health challenges, your goals, your lifestyle, and any previous approaches you’ve tried. From there Caitlin will give you an honest assessment of what she thinks would help most and whether Full Circle is the right fit for you. There’s absolutely no obligation to sign up.

Q: How do I get started?

A: The first step is booking your free consultation. You can do that directly through our online booking link or by emailing us at info@fchealthandwellness.com. From there we’ll have a conversation about your goals, review your health history, and build a plan that’s designed specifically for your body and your life.

Q: Do I need to live in Colorado to work with you?

A: Not at all! Full Circle Health & Wellness is a fully virtual practice - we work with clients across Colorado and nationwide. We currently serve clients in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Texas, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Illinois. If you have a phone or a computer and a commitment to your health - we can work together regardless of where you live.

Q: What should I expect in my first month of coaching?

A: Your first month is all about building the foundation. We start by thoroughly reviewing your health history, goals, current nutrition habits, and any lab work you have available. From there Caitlin builds your personalized nutrition and macro plan, sets up your coaching app, and establishes your weekly check-in rhythm. Most clients notice improvements in energy and clarity within the first two to four weeks simply from cleaning up their nutrition and getting consistent support.

Q: Do you offer any in-person services?

A: Full Circle Health & Wellness is a fully virtual practice - which means you can access our coaching and wellness programs from anywhere. However through our partnerships with licensed functional medicine practitioners, clients also have access to three in-person clinic locations in the Atlanta, Georgia, Parker, Colorado and DTC Colorado areas when in-person care is needed for lab draws, IV therapy treatments, hormone therapy administration, or peptide treatments.

Q: How much does coaching cost?

A: Our one-on-one single session is $75 for up to 60 minutes. Our monthly wellness membership is $250 per month and includes unlimited coaching support, weekly check-ins, personalized nutrition and macro guidance, exercise guidance, lifestyle coaching, and full access to our coaching app. Body composition scan analysis is available for $55 for non-members and is complimentary for monthly members. Pricing for lab work, hormone replacement therapy, and peptide therapy varies based on your specific protocol and is discussed during your consultation.

Q: How do I communicate with my coach between sessions?

A: Monthly members have access to our coaching app where you can message Caitlin directly, log your food and workouts, track your progress, and access your personalized plan - all in one place. Caitlin provides daily support and responds to messages promptly. You are never left waiting when you have a question or need guidance.

Q: Is coaching only for people who want to lose weight?

A: Not at all. While weight loss is one of our most common goals, we work with clients on a wide range of health objectives including building muscle and improving body composition, reversing insulin resistance, balancing hormones, improving gut health, reducing inflammation and joint pain, optimizing energy and sleep, and general wellness and longevity. If your goal is to feel better and function at a higher level - we can help.

Q: Do you provide meal plans?

A: Yes - but not in the traditional sense. Rather than handling you a rigid meal plan that doesn’t fit your real life, we build personalized nutrition guidance and macro targets around your specific body composition, metabolism, food preferences, and goals. We teach you how to fuel your body in a way that’s sustainable and enjoyable - not just a temporary diet. Monthly members also receive ongoing adjustments to their nutrition plan as their body and goals evolve.

Q: Do you accept insurance?

A: Nutrition coaching and wellness programs are typically not covered by insurance. However we do accept Care Credit, HSA, and FSA for our services - making it easier to invest in your health. Coverage for lab work and medical services through our licensed partners may vary - we recommend checking with your insurance provider for specific details.

Q: What is the difference between a one-on-one session and the monthly membership?

A: A one-on-one session is a single 60-minute consultation - perfect for someone who wants targeted guidance on a specific topic like nutrition, supplement recommendations, or reviewing their lab work. The monthly membership is a fully immersive coaching partnership that includes unlimited messaging, weekly check-ins, a personalized nutrition and macro plan, exercise guidance, lifestyle coaching, and full access to our coaching app. The membership is where clients see the most dramatic and lasting results because of the consistency and accountability it provides.

Q: What is the difference between standard bloodwork and functional biomarker analysis?

A: Standard bloodwork uses broad population based reference ranges and typically checks around 20 markers - designed to identify disease, not optimize health. Functional biomarker analysis examines 90+ markers using optimal ranges - meaning ranges associated with ideal health rather than just the absence of illness. This allows us to catch subtle hormonal imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, early metabolic dysfunction, and inflammatory patterns years before they become diagnosable conditions. Many clients who have been told their labs look “normal” discover significant imbalances when viewed through a functional lens.

Q: Is there a contract or commitment required?

A: There are no long term contracts at Full Circle. Our monthly membership is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. We believe in earning your continued commitment through results and support - not locking you into something that isn’t working. That said the clients who commit to at least 3 months consistently are the ones who see the most transformative and lasting results.

Q: How is Full Circle Health & Wellness different from other nutrition coaches?

A: A few things set us apart. First - we take a genuine root-cause approach. We don’t just tell you what to eat - we look at your hormones, your biomarkers, your lifestyle, and your unique biology to understand WHY your body is struggling and build a plan that addresses that directly. Second, we partner with licensed functional practitioners to give you access to advanced diagnostics, hormone therapy, and peptide treatments alongside your nutrition coaching. This comprehensive approach is something most nutrition coaches simply can’t offer. Third, Caitlin has been through her own significant health transformation and brings both professional expertise and genuine personal understanding to every client relationship.
